This folder contains TS8 PiccoLink Emulation (PLE) firmware distribution package. This is stable version what shall be used in production environment. Firmware version and changes are listed in ChangeLog.txt.

Firmware distribution package contains following folders and files:

    default-configuration/ - directory containing default configuration files
    doc/ - documentation and third party licenses
    firmware/ - binary images, update package and debugger files 
        ts8-ple-XX-dpgpkg.tar - The GNU Project Debugger package archive (XX is firmware version number)
        ts8-ple-fw.pkg - firmware update package
        ts8-ple-recovery.bin - firmware recovery image
        ts8-ple-init.bin - factory initialise image
        ts8-ple-kernel-upd.bin - kernel update image
        ts8-ple-uboot.bin - boot loader image
    source/ - firmware public source code
    ChangeLog.txt - Firmware changes log
    Licence.txt - Firmware end user licence
    Readme.txt - this document

Firmware authenticity can be verified by comparing MD5 checksums. Reference checksums are published in Vecly web page or provided via e-mail by request.
